Staff Analysis of the Legislation
This legislation ratifies the December 5, 2014 Executive Order that suspended the collection of certain sales tax on motor and aviation fuel until December 31, 2015.  The ratification of the temporary suspension of collection of prepaid state tax does not apply to prepaid local taxes.
